As companies and workers began to pivot to remote work, many organizations utilized LogMeIn as a way to access their desktops from their homes. With a new demand comes new and enhanced products. Many companies have spent the last year improving the way the last year improving the way that workers can securely and easily access their data regardless of their location.
PCA is always looking to ensure we offer our customers the best available products. For customers using “Log Me In” remote access through PCA’s access portal (user.itsupport247.net) we will upgraded this portal later this year to use a new remote access application “Connectwise Command.”
