October 1, 2008 PCA 3944 Route 9G Red Hook, NY 12571 Dear Bob Shoemaker: My name is Krystal Barette. I am 1st term student at Dutchess Community College. I was in the middle of doing a very important presentation paper on my Dell Laptop when I hit a key & my whole screen did a complete turn around. Every time I started to type it was UPSIDE DOWN. I started to panic for I had to have this presentation document done. I called every friend I had in the world & nobdy new what to do for me. I called my mom, Jean, who works at Crospsoint Solutions & my mom asked Kathy Gordon what she should do. Kathy told my mom to call PCA, that they would help! So my mom called PCA & got Kimberly who in return got a hold of one of your technicians by the name of Michael. He told my mom what to do to help me!! It was such an easy correction to a panic stricken teenager who needed her computer to get this presentation done. Michael was my lifesaver. I told my mom to let Kimberly know that I owe Michael lunch for the help he provided to me, so I sent him a gift certificate to Subway. I hope this was ok with you but without him telling my mom how to help me I probably would have been on the phone with Dell for hours!!
